Contract 1 (Project No. 088-177) includes construction of a portion of the Busway, beginning at Main Street (STA. 9+60) and running northerly to an end point just south of Stanley Street in New Britain, CT (STA. 36+25).  Contract 1 also includes the construction of the downtown New Britain station, the demolition of the existing railroad bridge over Route 9, a new busway bridge over Route 9, 5 retaining walls, and reconstruction of the Route 72 eastbound Off-ramp and Route 9 southbound on-ramp at Route 71 (Truman Overpass)

Contract 2 (Project Nos. 088-178 and 093-166) includes construction of a portion of the Busway, beginning just south of Stanley Street in New Britain, CT (STA. 36+25) and running northerly to an end point just north of Cedar Street in Newington, CT (STA. 151+41).  Contract 2 also includes the construction of two stations, two new busway bridges, 16 retaining walls, and the replacement of the existing Cedar Street (Route 175) bridge over the busway.

Contract 4 (Project No. 063-670) includes construction of a portion of the Busway, beginning just north of Sigourney Street (STA. 459+00) and running northerly to an end point at Asylum Street in Hartford, CT (STA. 490+59).  Contract 4 also includes the construction of 1 station, 2 new busway bridges, 10 retaining walls, and the relocation of approximately one mile of railroad (Capitol Avenue to Union Station).

Contract 5 (Project Nos. 063-671 and 063-641) includes replacement of the existing Broad Street bridge over Amtrak, 3 retaining walls, and the reconstruction of Broad Street between Capitol Avenue and Farmington Avenue in Hartford, CT.
