Public Information Since 2003, the Busway Project has ensured a rigorous public outreach process throughout the communities of New Britain, Newington, West Hartford and Hartford. From Preliminary to Final Design and everywhere in between, public input has informed everything about the Busway - from roadway alignment to individual station design and site planning.
